We believe sport is even more enjoyable when backed by the right information, a safe environment, and a platform that truly speaks your language.
The three core principles 9bt stands on.
To give every person across Bangladesh a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online betting experience. Through technology and integrity, we aim to build an environment where members have full control over their money and their time.
To become South Asia's most trusted and user-friendly online betting platform — a brand that people instantly associate with safety, transparency, and fast payouts.
Treating every member with honesty — clearly explaining bonus terms, paying out on time, and being there when something goes wrong. At 9bt, there are no hidden rules.
For many in Bangladesh, online betting brings to mind complicated interfaces, a maze of English-only content, and uncertainty around payments. 9bt It was built to solve exactly these problems. A small team set out to create a platform that works entirely in Bengali, with a simple interface and local Bangladeshi payment methods.
It started small. 9bt launched as a cricket betting platform and steadily grew into a full-featured destination covering football, tennis, casino, and live games. Every update has been shaped by member feedback and real experience. Before any feature goes live, it's tested for how genuinely useful it is to our members.
Today, 9bt has over 500,000 members — from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Rajshahi. Thousands of bets are placed every day, live matches are watched, and winners receive their money at home via Mobile Pay or Nagad. Seeing that is the greatest satisfaction for our team.
9bt takes security seriously, with no compromises. All member data is protected with bank-grade encryption. Payment processing is fully automated and auditable. Every bet result is recorded and can be independently verified by members at any time.
Responsible betting at 9bt is more than a slogan. Every member on our platform can set their own daily or weekly betting limits. If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account yourself. We want our members to play for fun — not out of pressure.
Our customer support team operates 24/7. Trained Bengali-speaking representatives are always ready to assist via live chat, email, or phone. You won't have to wait long — average response time is under 3 minutes.
9bt has big plans ahead. New games, more live sports, an improved app, and even faster payments — every step forward is taken with our members in mind. 9bt is more than just a platform; it's part of Bangladesh's sports and gaming community.
