The Complete Guide to Logging In to 9bt

Logging in to 9bt is simple and can be done entirely from your mobile. Just enter the mobile number or username you registered with, along with your password, and you're in.

A common question we get is whether you need a separate app to access 9bt. The answer is no — your browser is all you need. Whether you're on Android or iPhone, simply open 9bt.biz in any browser and log in. The site is fully optimized for mobile.

On your first login, tick "Remember this device" to skip entering your password next time. Only use this on your personal phone — never on someone else's device.

1

Go to the Login Page

Click the "Login" button in the top menu, or go directly to 9bt.biz/login.

2

Enter your mobile number or username

Enter the mobile number (starting with 01X) or username you used when registering.

3

Enter your password

Enter the correct password. Use the eye icon to reveal it if you need to double-check.

4

Tap the "Log In" button

If all details are correct, you'll be logged in instantly and taken to your dashboard.

Login Security

9bt uses multiple layers of technology to keep your account secure. Every login attempt on the login page is protected through an SSL-encrypted connection. After 5 incorrect password entries, your account is temporarily locked — this helps prevent unauthorized access by anyone who doesn't know your credentials.

Security reminders:

Never share your password with anyone.
Always log out after using 9bt on someone else's phone.
Changing your password regularly is a good security habit.
If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately.
9bt will never ask for your password over the phone or by email.

If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, you'll receive a one-time OTP code on your mobile at login — keeping your account even more secure.

What to Do If You Forget Your Password

Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Resetting it on 9bt is quick and straightforward.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form.
Enter your registered mobile number.
An OTP code will be sent to that number.
Verify with the code and set a new password.

The whole process takes 2–3 minutes. If you don't receive the OTP, contact our support team.

If your mobile number has changed or you no longer have access to it, our support team can help you recover your account after verifying your identity.

FAQs

9bt generally does not charge any processing fee for withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (Mobile Pay or Nagad) may apply their own cash-out charges — this is outside 9bt's control. Daily withdrawal limits vary depending on your account tier and verification status. Verified members can typically withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Log in and check your account settings to view your specific withdrawal limits. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your 9bt account will be automatically locked for 30 minutes. Simply wait out the lockout period and you'll be able to log in again. Note that another 5 failed attempts may extend the lock duration. For a faster fix, click the "Forgot password?" link and reset your password via OTP sent to your mobile — this will also unlock your account. If your number has changed or you're not receiving the OTP, contact our support team and they'll verify your identity and help unlock your account. Email: support@9bt.biz or reach us via Live Chat.
