A quick look at what each tier offers.
When an online gaming and betting platform treats every member the same, regular players and high-stakes bettors end up missing out on the recognition they deserve. 9bt's VIP Program was built with one thing in mind — rewarding players who invest more time and money with the benefits they deserve.
The points system is straightforward — you earn 1 point for every ৳100 wagered. Whether you're betting on cricket, spinning the slots, or playing at the Live Casino, every wager counts. Best of all, your points never expire. Keep playing at your own pace and you'll reach the top tiers in time.
A personal account manager is available to Gold members and above at 9bt. That means when something comes up, you're not waiting in the general support queue — your dedicated manager responds directly. Deposit stuck? Question about a withdrawal? Not sure about a bonus? They've got you covered.
Withdrawal speed matters to VIP members. The faster you get your winnings, the better the experience. 9bt Diamond members receive withdrawals in just 15 minutes — one of the fastest in Bangladesh.
The cashback system might seem unfamiliar at first, so here's a simple breakdown. Say you placed ৳5,000 in bets this week and lost ৳1,000. As a Gold member, you'd get 15% of that loss back — that's ৳150 returned to your account. At Diamond, that figure rises to ৳300. It's a straightforward financial benefit.
VIP exclusive bonuses are different from what you see on the standard promotions page — they're only visible when you log in to your VIP dashboard. Think a 50% reload bonus on a specific game, or special access to a tournament. 9bt makes sure its VIP members always get a little extra.
The birthday bonus is worth mentioning. Gold members and above receive a special bonus on their birthday — it's a small touch, but a personal one. It's 9bt's way of reminding you that you're more than just an account ID.
Points are earned on all bets and games. During special Double Points events, earn twice the points on the same wager. Check regularly to see which games have bonus points running.
